  Technical Support Engineer - Baker St, London

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer (helpdesk) who will be based at our offices in London (Baker Street).

The position involves assisting customers, clients and Spectrum Interactive Engineers with Internet queries primarily via the telephone however, you may be required to attend sites and speak directly with clients.

Knowledge and Experience

Familiarisation with ADSL Routers, Ethernet switches and radius gateways
Solid understanding of TCP/IP on both LAN and WAN
Previous computer networking experience essential
Partial MCSE qualification would be ideal
Previous call logging experience an advantage
Clear and accurate written and communications skills essential
Must be flexible and able to work on a shift rota basis

Other

3 month probationary period
37.5 hours per week over 7 days between 7.30 am and 10.00 pm on a shift basis

Salary and Benefits

Salary - £18,000 per annum 
Annual bonus of up to 10% of salary based on finanical year end
Holidays - Starting at 20 days increasing after 2 years service by one day per annum (max 25)
BUPA, Cigna (dental), Pension contributions after 2 years service
