       SPECTRUM INTERACTIVE PLC ('Spectrum Interactive' or the 'Company')

                             Director Shareholdings

The Company has received notification that Keith Gurden and Philip Congdon,
Directors of the Company, today exercised options to acquire 268,858 and 390,520
Ordinary Shares, respectively, at the exercise price of 1.1158 pence for each
Ordinary Share.

This has increased Mr Gurden's interest in Spectrum Interactive to 1,381,089
Ordinary Shares, which represents 4.07% of the issued share capital and
increases Mr Congdon's interest in Spectrum Interactive to 390,520 Ordinary
Shares, which represents 1.15% of the issued share capital.
