Spectrum adds WiFi printing service across Radisson Edwardian hotels
Spectrum Interactive's WiFi printing service PrintSpectrum, has been successfully rolled out across Radisson Edwardian hotels, in a three year deal.
Spectrum provide WiFi services at all 13 Radisson Edwardian hotels, configured as a free to use service for Guests. Each hotel now offers WiFi laptop users the ability to print documents, or emails and their attachments, sending them directly from their laptop and collecting them at the hotel's Business Centre. The print is only released to the printer by the PrintSpectrum system when the Guest provides their unique "Privacy PIN".
As a further feature, Guests with Blackberrys can also forward emails (and their attachments), to a hotel specific email address. The Blackberry receives an automated "Privacy PIN" email by return, enabling the Guest to receive their prints in a controlled and secure manner from the Business Centre.
Iype Abraham, Radisson Edwardian IT Director said, "The addition of PrintSpectrum further enhances Radisson Edwardian's hotel services and reinforces the importance we put on providing quality WiFi services to our Guests".
Daniel Gray, Spectrum's Head of Marketing & Product Innovation added, "Radisson Edwardian is the first hotel group to adopt PrintSpectrum across it's whole estate. A few years ago hotels differentiated themselves by simply offering WiFi. Now every hotel offers some sort of WiFi, so it is the related features and services that makes the difference to the Guest. Guest printing has always been a problem for hotel staff, and in particular their IT managers. PrintSpectrum is an excellent product addition, providing easily understood & secure Guest printing services. A perfect solution to every hotel manager!"
