Spectrum is engaged in negotiations with two leading independent ATM operators with a view to developing street-based payphones into ATMs. Spectrum is likely to commence positioning payphone/ATMs in London very shortly. Revenue streams include a minimum guaranteed income and an additional percentage of the transactional revenue.

BT Payphones has already reported success with several units in London and are understood to be installing additional units. Spectrum has also signed heads of terms with a second operator who is one of the largest independent providers of ATMs in the world and operates several thousand ATMs in the UK alone. Spectrum intends to work with both ATM operators with a target of installing up to 150 units per provider over the next three years.
